The inside diameter of the hair tie measures 1.5 IN or 4 CM. This XL scrunchie that can be worn on your wrist or in your hair. Both options make a bold fashion statement! NOTE: This scrunchie is slightly heavier than average because of its size and the cotton yarn used.
